Security Level at Kampung Rambutan Terminal Tightened

Approaching the Christmas and New Year holidays, joint patrols will be held to prevent acts of thuggery and other criminal acts, especially in the Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal area.

East Jakarta Metro Resort Police Chief, Com. Pol. Budi Sartono expressed his party would fully back up by increasing security, especially in Kampung Rambutan Terminal area. It would involve East Jakarta Kodim 0505, Satpol PP, Transportation Sub-agency, and terminal administrator.

"We will make sure no acts of thuggery and other crimes in the terminal," he asserted, Wednesday (12/7).

His party would cooperate on joint patrols every day, including urging the community and the terminal management to immediately report any criminal cases inside the terminal.

Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal Head, Yulza Ramadhoni added that the joint ceremony was held today to create a sense of safe and comfortable in the terminal.

"If there are residents who are harmed by cases of criminal acts in the terminal, please report it to us for further action," he stressed.
